The book is very expensive for what it is and the instructions and diagrams not very clear. It was recommended by another author of similar work whose books are far superior to this one. It is little more that a booklet and offers very little help for anyone who may not be familiar with the subject matter. All in all I am very unhappy with this purchase. Had I not been living in the UK I would have sent it back. Added to all this it was very badly packed in a box far too big for it consequently it got rather knocked about and squashed in transit. I have been doing beadwork for many years and sadly would not recommend this book to anyone. I expected far more technically than was delivered.Product details

Marilyn has written a great book that even beginners can use to create beautiful beadwork. Her instructions for the basic peyote stitch are very detailed and easy to understand. She uses brick stich to add interest to each bracelet in this collection. She includes both a graph and a word chart so that beaders can follow whichever method they prefer.
